What is the Pearl Harbor bag policy?

Where can you store a bag, and what does it cost?
At the bag storage by the entrance: $7 per standard bag and $10 for oversized bags or luggage.
Tours do not cover it either: the flagship and budget tours list bag storage as not included. On December 7, parking is free and there are no bag fees until 10 AM. If you drive, do not use the car as your locker: break-ins happen in the parking lots, so leave nothing inside.
Do you need ID at Pearl Harbor?
Bring it if you are going to Ford Island: the Missouri asks visitors to carry government photo ID, and a passport if you are visiting from abroad.

Is there a dress code for the Arizona Memorial?
Dress as you would for a memorial: tour operators require a shirt and shoes on the memorial and no swimwear, and ask for smart casual clothes.
More than 900 men are still entombed in the ship below. Beach clothes are out of place, and T-shirts with loud slogans can feel wrong in the shrine room. A proper shirt, shorts or trousers and closed, comfortable shoes work well.
