How do you get to Pearl Harbor without a tour?

Drive (20 to 30 minutes from Waikiki), take TheBus route 42 (about an hour), or take an Uber or Lyft (roughly $30 to $45 each way).

Car: about 10 to 14 miles via the H-1, exit 15A (Arizona Memorial/Stadium), much longer in traffic. Parking is $7 a day, card or app only. Break-ins happen, so leave nothing in the car.

What does a Pearl Harbor tour actually buy you?
